This year we have a multi-purpose beer glass* with pour lines for four different drinks:

beer taster $2 (1 token)
half glass of beer $4 (2 tokens)
full glass of beer $8 (4 tokens)
wine in a beer glass ($6) (3 tokens)
wine in a wine glass ($6) (3 tokens)
bottle wine ($34) (17 tokens)

1 drink/food token costs $2

Please Note: Unused tokens can be exchanged for cash until 10pm in the Windmill Entrance/Exit Hall.

* Dishwasher Info: MarchFest souvenir beer glass branding is kiln baked to 580c but because the galsses are "heat treated" the branding company cure them to 140c.
According to the ink specs, the branding should last a minimum of 100 washes, depending on the cycle of the dishwasher and how caustic the detergent is.
In summary they should be pretty good.

A record 15 local and regional craft breweries have signed up to produce a brand new beer for the event, including a lager from Totara called ‘Gold Rush’, a ‘Mint Lager’ from Lighthouse, ‘Love Mussel’ a mussel porter from the Mussel Inn and ‘Crowd Pleaser” a lager from Golden Bear. Marchfest welcomes back Renaissance and 8Wired who did not take part in 2012, and extends a warm welcome to local brewer Dale Holland of Dale’s Brewing Co who appears at his first Marchfest as a brewer with his “Extra Special Bitter.’

2013 will also see the introduction of a beer and food matching gourmet lunch in the Granary (additional cost), to kick off an afternoon of Brew Zone events.

Discuss the specially crafted MarchFest brews with the brewers, see beer and cider makers demonstrating the process, and participate in heaps of other activities.

The following Brew Talks are included in your entry ticket, come and check them out from 2.30pm in the Granary.

If beer is not your thing, MarchFest offers a superb range of local wines. Thanks to our 2013 wine sponsor Blackenbrook Vineyards
