Local Golden Bay Blues/Folk singer songwriter MJ Kennedy will be performing songs off his new EP released at the start of 2024 as well as covers.

MJ is touring with 8 shows through the middle of the country from Chch,Nelson,Picton and Wellington through March and April 2024 promoting his EP release

The blues/folk musician is a “One man band” Performing on stage with a kick drum, tambourine and snare/clap pedal while playing guitar as well as Harmonica.

With influences such as Cw Ayon,RL burnside and the Bones of JR jones MJ’s raspy voice and slick guitar playing showcases a rare musical and emotional range.
