FEES
All ticket prices stated are exclusive of the Ticket Fairy booking & credit card fee.
Ticket Terms and Conditions
BOOKING CONDITIONS

Marchfest will take place regardless of the weather (within reason).

No Refunds are offered if you choose to not attend Marchfest for any reason.

The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists/entertainment and vary the advertised programme.

No glass bottles, cans or alcohol of any kind may be brought into this event

No Food can be brough into this event.

Drugs of any kind are restricted from this event.

I.D. will be required to be shown to prove a ticket-holder is over 18.

All bags/containers brought into the event may be subject to a full search.

Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol and will be required to leave the event.

Purchase of this ticket automatically grants permission to official event photographers to take event photographs that may feature the image of the ticket holder. Photographic rights will be retained by Marchfest Nelson Ltd and the images may be used for future marketing of Marchfest.

No animals permitted at the venue.

The right of admission is reserved.
POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY

If this event is postponed, all tickets purchased will be automatically transferred to the new date. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.

If the event is cancelled, all tickets will be refunded in full.

All credit card transactions are processed via a secure online transaction gateway. Your credit card details are encrypted for processing. This ensures that your credit card information is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users. We never store your credit card information.

In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, acts of God, pandemics, and natural disaster, the event organisers cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expense which may be incurred by ticket holders as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled.
The event organisers disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved.
