ZERO% TICKET

Zero% Marchfest ticket holders will be given a coloured wristband on entry - this indicates you are non-drinker and you will not be served any alcoholic beverages

UNDER 18

Under 18yrs are free of charge, but must be with their parent or legal guardian at all times - under 18yrs are only permitted to be at Marchfest until 6pm, this will be strictly enforced by event crew & security on the day. PLEASE NOTE; the main beer hall (Energy Centre) is R18 entry only.

What's included in your Marchfest Ticket?

Purchasing an entry ticket to Marchfest in 2024 includes:

​

  • Entry to Founders Heritage Park

  • Marchfest souvenir beer or wine glass

  • Access to 15+ brand new craft beers

  • Local Cider + Wine

  • Low + Non-Alc beer options

  • Access to all live bands

  • Entry to the Brew Zone 

  • A wide selection of local food carts (food is additional to purchase)

  • Free entry to Marchfest Kids Zone (until 5pm)

  • Please note all drinks and food must be purchased using 'Marchfest Tokens' $2 = 1 token

Ticket Terms and Conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

  • Marchfest will take place regardless of the weather (within reason).

  • No Refunds are offered if you choose to not attend Marchfest for any reason. 

  • The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists/entertainment and vary the advertised programme.

  • No glass bottles, cans or alcohol of any kind may be brought into this event

  • No Food can be brough into this event.

  • Drugs of any kind are restricted from this event. 

  • I.D. will be required to be shown to prove a ticket-holder is over 18.

  • Under 18yrs are Free with their parent or legal guardian, they are only permitted to be at Marchfest until 6pm, this will be strictly enforced by event crew. 

  • The main beer hall (Energy Centre) is 18+ entry only

  • All bags/containers brought into the event may be subject to a full search.

  • Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol and will be required to leave the event.

  • Purchase of this ticket automatically grants permission to official event photographers to take event photographs that may feature the image of the ticket holder. Photographic rights will be retained by Marchfest Nelson Ltd and the images may be used for future marketing of Marchfest.

  • No animals permitted at the venue.

  • The right of admission is reserved.

 

POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY

  • If this event is postponed, all tickets purchased will be automatically transferred to the new date. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.

  • If the event is cancelled, all tickets will be refunded in full.

All credit card transactions are processed via a secure online transaction gateway. Your credit card details are encrypted for processing. This ensures that your credit card information is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users. We never store your credit card information.

In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, acts of God, pandemics, and natural disaster, the event organisers cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expense which may be incurred by ticket holders as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled.

The event organisers disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are acknowledging that a risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  By attending the event you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19 and agree not to hold Marchfest Nelson Ltd; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
